To inquiry about availability or custom designs, please send us a message! If no preferred delivery date is specify, your order will be automatically placed in our queue to be made fresh and delivered based on our lead time at the time the order is placed. These dates may sometimes be 4-6 weeks out, depending on the time of year, so we always recommend sending a message first to confirm that we have availability.
/ DESIGNS
If you place and order and do not specify which flavor/designs you'd like, they will be "Baker's Choice" based on the most popular designs. Cartoon characters, animals, logos, and photos will be printed using an edible ink printer to ensure uniform designs, and get your photos as close to perfection as we can get!
/ COLORS
We do offer color customization - however if you have a very specific color, please send us a message to show the exact shade. Sometimes devices can show a slightly different shade from device to device, but we do our best to match the icing as close to the desired shade as possible.

/ ALLERGIES
Our cookies are nut-free, however our facility is NOT a nut-free facility. We do take great precautions to make sure that nuts do not come in contact with our cookies or our tools/appliances.
/ SHIPPING
Our packages are shipped out in time to arrive within a few days before the delivery date. However, we are NOT responsible for carrier delays, or damages in the mail, and we do NOT offer refunds for packages that are late due to carrier delays or damaged in transit. If you need to guarantee that your package arrives by a specific date, please request an earlier due date. We ship USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping, unless otherwise requested. Additional shipping charges will apply for shipping upgrades. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know. Should a package arrive late or damaged in transit, you are more than welcome to file a claim with the USPS, however we are not responsible for filing that claim.
/ CANCELLATIONS
Generally, we are not able to cancel an order once it's been placed. We limit how many orders we take each week, in order to give appropriate attention to detail to each set, and once availability fills up, we have to turn down other orders.
