If no preferred delivery date is specify, your order will be automatically placed in our queue to be made fresh and delivered based on our lead time at the time the order is placed. These dates may sometimes be 4-6 weeks out, depending on the time of year, so we always recommend sending a message first to confirm what our current lead time is.

Our cookies are nut-free, however our facility is NOT a nut-free facility. We do take great precautions to make sure that nuts do not come in contact with our cookies or our tools/appliances.

Generally, we are not able to cancel an order once it's been placed. We limit how many orders we take each week, in order to give appropriate attention to detail to each set, and once availability fills up, we have to turn down other orders.
