Hi, I'm Brittany! As Founder, and Owner of Bright Side Bakery, I wear many hats - from consulting and designing your custom cookies, to baking, decorating, and shipping them. All while parenting my two sons, Quinn and Shawn. Ever since I was a child I LOVED to bake. And over the years I've honed my skills in the kitchen and found my passion in shortbread cookies. Buttery shortbread cookies are my canvas, and royal icing is my medium! I love to work with my clients to create edible works of art, customized to fit any occasion!
